Police in Sandy Springs need help identifying suspects who burglarized a liquor store in Sandy Springs on May 8.

The image above was captured from a surveillance video taken at Juice Box – a liquor store at 6300 Powers Ferry Road – and shows one of the suspects entering the back door of the store. He and the other suspects arrived to the store in two newer model Hyundai cars.

Surveillance video shows the two cars pulling up in the lot shortly after 1:45 a.m. and five people in dark hooded sweatshirts hopping out. The cars pulled away shortly after 1:47 a.m.

According to a police report, officers arrived to the scene shortly after the suspects fled in response to an alarm going off. An officer noticed several bottles of alcohol in the lot near the door, which had been forced open, police said.

Police said the damage done to the door totals $1,700, and that $2,500 worth of alcohol was stolen.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspects is asked to contact the Sandy Springs Police Department or Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta. Crime tips can be submitted on the Sandy Springs police Facebook page.
