The Clayton County branch of the NAACP is hosting a “Vote for Your Life” concert and rally at The Lee Street Amphitheatre in Jonesboro on Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

“It’s millennial focused but intergenerational, “ NAACP president Synamon Baldwin said.

The event will include discussions about voter rights, Black Lives Matter and the Opportunity School District, which is Amendment on the Nov. 8 ballot. There will be comments from members of the Clayton Board of Elections, documentarian Rahiem Shabazz and Tityana Robinson of Clark Atlanta University’s NAACP branch. Featured performers include Urban Republic, Surreal, Eastico, Cardell Smart, King Issa and ACT-SO!
