Computer glitches cause problems in statewide test

Parents, teachers and the state Department of Education all agreed, there were glitches on the Georgia Milestones tests last week.

The tests, one of the more important for students and the state in understanding how much learning and good teaching is going on, is administered online. Like any computer-based event, tests can have their moments of the endlessly spinning beach balls or freezing up, making an already more stressful even more stressful.
