Gwinnett woman finds 'crazy' note on car wash receipt, she says; owner responds

A Snellville car wash customer claims that she returned Sunday to complain about the bad service she'd recieved Saturday — and got a nasty note, including an expletive, in return.

Misty Thomas went back to All Seasons Car Wash after a subpar detailing the day before, including dirty tires and interior, and asked for a "redo," she told 11 Alive.

Instead, while her car was being cleaned again, Thomas claims she found a receipt on her windshield with a note calling her "crazy" and referring to her by an expletive.

Tom Chung, the car wash owner, declined to comment on Thomas' allegations.

But he told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution he has been in contact with Thomas and is working to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

"I started shaking," Thomas said of her reaction after finding the receipt. "I started crying. I was like, What is this? How do people operate like this? How do you treat customers this way?"
