Two men were killed and two were injured in a car crash on Moreland Avenue early Sunday morning, officials said.

According to a DeKalb County police incident report, a Ford Escape was traveling south on Moreland near the intersection with Key Road, which is on the border of DeKalb and southeast Atlanta.

About 12:30 a.m., the Ford “left its lane” and crossed into the northbound lane, where it struck a Nissan Altima head-on, according to the report.

Both drivers were killed, and two passengers in the Ford were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

The Ford driver was identified as 29-year-old Samuel Bailey of McDonough, and the driver of the Nissan was 56-year-old Marvin Burley of Atlanta, according to the report.
