In clear dash cam footage released by Roswell police, Maeberry is seen arguing with police after marijuana is found in her purse at a gas station.

According to police, Maeberry was a passenger in a car when Officer Van Alstine smelled marijuana coming from the window.

Maeberry admitted to smoking the marijuana, but became defensive when one of the officers searched her purse to find the drug.

As police attempted to arrest Maeberry, she began to pull away and repeatedly said: “Let me go.”

Maeberry eventually pulled away and hit Alstine, who struck her in the face “to gain control,” Holland said.

Off camera, officers can be heard saying “Let her go.” Maeberry suffered a broken jaw in the altercation and was treated at a hospital.

Maeberry is out of jail on bond, according to jail records.
