Teenager arrested on child pornography charge

A Hall County teenager arrested Wednesday is accused of possession of child pornography.
Stephen Alan Moore, 19, had media containing "minor children engaged in sexually explicit conduct" between Aug. 1 and December, according to the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
On Tuesday, a warrant for Moore’s arrest was issued.
The incident is still under investigation.
