The woman said the man approached her near the mailboxes at the Park at Abernathy Square apartments in the 6900 block of Roswell Road around 1:30 a.m., The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.

He asked if she wanted to buy Atlanta Falcons T-shirts, but he didn’t have anything in his hands, police wrote in the report.

When she tried to walk away, the man with a shell in his dreadlocks grabbed her and asked if she was single, according to the report.
