2-month investigation leads to child exploitation arrest

March 31, 2017A Forsyth County man was arrested after officials say he had child sexual abuse images.
David Thomas Trippe, 48, faces eight counts of sexual exploitation of children after a two-month investigation by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department.
He was arrested Thursday and taken to the Forsyth County Adult Detention Center. Trippe is out of jail on a $88,900 bond.
