Several other horses were found malnourished and roaming about the property in deplorable conditions, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.

Fulton was charged with aggravated animal cruelty, but that didn’t stop him from getting more horses, Karen Hirsch, a spokeswoman for LifeLine Animal Project said Thursday.

On Monday, an officer responded to the farm off Camp Creek and Butner Roads and found new horses, Hirsch said.

“He was charged with four more counts of cruelty after one of our officers responded to an anonymous call saying he was beating his horses,” Hirsch said. “The officer wrote him up for not providing his horses with water.”
