Man shot outside Atlanta club identified, no arrests made

A man who was shot dead near a club in Atlanta early Sunday has been identified.

Ating Eminue, 24, of Lawrenceville, died of gunshot wounds, the Fulton County Medical Examiner said Monday.

Atlanta police said the shooting occurred following an argument around 1:40 a.m. near a club and the Peachtree-Pine homeless shelter. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 477 Peachtree St.

No arrests have been made, Atlanta police spokeswoman Officer Kim Jones said. The investigation is ongoing.
