A man accused of shooting and killing one man and critically injuring another in front of two children is in the DeKalb County jail.

Jaren Sullivan, the father of one of the children, is being held there on one count of murder and two counts of aggravated assault, according to online jail records.

The shooting, which happened Tuesday in the 1300 block of Kimlie Lane, began with an argument between Sullivan and the new boyfriend of the mother, according to Channel 2 Action News.
