A Gwinnett County travel agent is back in jail after continuing to defraud clients, police said.

Rontorchia Mister, the owner of Peach State Diamond Travel and Tours, used online ads to lure vacationers, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Gwinnett County Det. John Mutch said Mister confessed to accepting payments for a five-day Labor Day cruise, but never booking the trips.

Instead, Mutch said she spent money from at least 13 different people as if it were her own.

“She said she had used the money on personal bills and drugs,” Mutch told Channel 2.

Kelli Flanigan, a metro area police officer, was also scammed — and Flanigan said she knew Mister for 20 years.

Mister took payments via PayPal, an online money transfer website, Mutch said, and was already on probation for the scam after pleading to crimes two weeks ago.

“It’s frustrating as the victim that this continues to happen,” Flanigan said. “It’s evident to me that she’s not going to stop this unless she’s incarcerated.”
