A drug operation was discovered at a Paulding County home during a multi-agency investigation, officials said.

It started as a traffic stop, where 7 kilograms of suspected methamphetamine were found, GBI spokeswoman Nelly Miles said.

Authorities then secured a search warrant for a home on Cottonwood Loop that they executed about 10 p.m. Wednesday. Upon entering the home, investigators found a drug lab with another 23 kilograms of meth, Miles said.

Authorities arrested Endres Valincia-Miranda, 25, of Dallas, according to Bob Page of the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The sheriff’s office, GBI and Drug Enforcement Administration participated in the bust.

The investigation is ongoing, Miles said.
