Authorities in Tennessee arrested a fugitive wanted in connection with killing a Decatur man.

Jacob Marquez Pyne, 23, is one of two suspects wanted in connection with the Wednesday shooting death of Gerald Foster, a 52-year-old man who was found in the stairwell of an apartment complex.

A warrant was also issued for 31-year-old Christonya Section, who was still on the run Sunday. Section was described by police as 5 foot 5 inches tall and 180 pounds.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation alerted Knoxville police officers and special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation that Pyne might be in the area, TBI spokeswoman Susan Niland said Sunday.

TBI agents and police officers arrested Pyne Saturday night at 2060 Dandridge Avenue in Knoxville. Pyne also has an outstanding warrant on a violation of probation out of Knox County.

He was booked in the Knox County Jail, where he was being held Sunday without bond.
