A man suspected in the fatal shooting of a Vietnam veteran has surrendered to police, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Donald Woods turned himself in at an attorney’s office after the shooting Thursday in southwest Atlanta.
The victim, identified by the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office as 73-year-old Otha Orr, of Marietta, was gunned down in the area of Sells Avenue and Peeples Street just before 11 a.m., the news station reported.
