A man who allegedly strangled a woman and dumped her body was indicted on murder and other charges, the spokesman for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office said.

James Gresham, 50, was also charged with abandonment of a dead body, concealing a death and aggravated assault in connection with 26-year-old Morgan Oller’s death, Dontaye Carter said.

Oller’s badly decomposed body was found wrapped in blankets in a grassy area on Chappell Road in northwest Atlanta on Aug. 10, 2016.

Authorities arrested Gresham March 17 in connection with the crime when they discovered Oller was last with him at his apartment, Carter said.

Police believe she was killed at the apartment.
