Police are looking for the person who shot a man to death Feb. 19, leaving his body in the middle of the street in southwest Atlanta.

Larry Cooper, 33, was struck several times in the torso as he walked home from a store. The shooter allegedly fired out of a car, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution earlier reported.

Cooper’s body was found in the middle of Pinehurst Terrace, not too far from his home, Atlanta police Lt. Charles Hampton said.

Tipsters may remain anonymous and can receive up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
