A 21-year-old man has been charged with the shooting death of a southwest Atlanta grocery store owner and another man, police and the FBI said.

Officials arrested Jousha Routh of Atlanta early Friday at a location on Mabros Industrial Parkway in Ellenwood, FBI spokesman Kevin Rowson said in a news release. Routh is in the Fulton County jail.

He is accused in the September shooting that killed Saiful Bhuyia, 36, of Dunwoody, and Rizanul Islam.

Bhuyia and Islam were shot in a car outside of Southern Grocery at the corner of Westview Drive and Lawton Street.

Seven years ago, the owner of a similarly named grocery store at the location was stabbed and later died in an apparent robbery attempt, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
