Tech swim team takes a dip in the snow

Jan 8, 2017

Never let a little snow stop you from taking a little dip.

That was the position that the Georgia Tech swim took this weekend in Blacksburg, Va. when the team’s meet against Virginia Tech was canceled due to snow.

With the team stuck in the hotel, they took to the show.

In a video uploaded onto the Georgia Tech Facebook page, members of the relay team practiced in the snow.

Since snow is technically water and clad only in Speedos, goggles and swim caps, the swimmers did a 4X50 relay.

Backstroke.

Breaststroke.

Butterfly.

Freestyle.

The video did not identify the swimmers. But it is has gotten nearly 4 million views.
