Police are looking for a man who targeted a driver and shot him outside of a barbershop in southwest Atlanta on Christmas Eve.

Surveillance footage shows a man sitting on the steps wearing a black hoodie. He is believed to be the person who shot Cedric Weaver, 33, on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, according to Atlanta police spokeswoman Elizabeth Espy.

Weaver was sitting in a black Buick LaCrosse when eight shots were fired at him, Channel 2 Action News reported. Two of the bullets hit Weaver, who later died at Grady Memorial Hospital.

The man was last seen running behind a JR Crickets toward T.P. Burruss Drive. Police are also searching for a person of interest in the case believed to have twists in his hair.
