Authorities arrested a man accused of exploiting a 14-year-old girl in Paulding County, according to a news release.

Keith Denmon, 48, of Canton, allegedly sent sexually explicit material to an undercover agent posing as the girl, Paulding Sheriff’s spokeswoman Sgt. Ashley Henson said. He was arrested Jan. 14.

Denmon faces one count of computer or electronic pornography and child exploitation prevention, Henson said.

According to detectives, Denmon is believed to have worked at churches and schools in the metro Atlanta area. His employment was not immediately confirmed Thursday afternoon.

He is being held in the Paulding County Detention Center without bond.

Anyone who thinks Denmon may have been in contact with other children, either online or in person, should contact Detective Sgt. Lenny Carr at 770-445-6105.
