Morrow police have arrested a man and accused him of killing a teenager in the first homicide in the city in 11 years.

Rhaquan Siaheed Clyde, 18, of Morrow, is charged with felony murder in connection to the shooting death of 18-year-old Kheron Cunningham on Sunday, police Chief James Callaway said Friday. Cunningham was found dead at the Oxford Townhouses at 6042 North Lee Street.

Police also are looking for a second suspect, Rasheen Garrett. They have active murder warrants for him and believe he is in the Albany area in South Georgia.
