Former University of Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron could be described as either a diabolical opponent or a saint depending on your college football allegiances.

But according to the Crimson Tide's all time passing yard leader, the real battle of good versus evil is being played out in Hollywood.

While watching Sunday's Grammy Awards, McCarron, or at least someone using his verified Twitter account @10AJMcCarron, tweeted that the awards show was "really demonic."

McCarron's full tweet read "Is it just me or are some of the Grammy performances so far seem to be really demonic?? Looks like there is a lot of evil in the world."

According to USA Today, McCarron's tweet came shortly after Katy Perry's live performance in which she was dressed up as a witch with accompanying broom and appeared to be burned at the stake.

It is not clear if McCarron was referring in addition to the mass wedding ceremony during the show in which both traditional and same-sex couples were wed.
