Puppy yoga returns to the Atlanta Humane Society

The best part of this class is that you can adopt your yoga partner and take him home

Downward facing dog gets a whole new meaning in this yoga class. If you have a problem getting inspired to attend yoga class, the Atlanta Humane Society has a solution. The society will bring puppies to an upcoming yoga class, and you can play with them. The one-hour class will be taught by a certified instructor from Bring It Om yoga studio. All ticket sales benefit the animals of the Atlanta Humane Society.

This yoga class gives downward facing dog a whole new meaning.

On Sunday, September 29, the Atlanta Humane Society will host a yoga session that includes adoptable puppies.

That’s right. While you’re in a warrior pose, there could be a puppy nipping at your toes. And just imagine a puppy in your lap when you’re in the lotus position.

The class will be taught by a certified instructor from Bring It Om Yoga.

This is a fundraiser, so tickets are $30, and they're selling fast. All money will benefit animals at the Atlanta Humane Society.
