Awards season is upon us and it's time to binge watch all the nominated movies and shows in preparation for the 74th annual Golden Globes on Sunday, Jan. 8.

While you’re entertaining yourselves, take a look back at some of the Globes’ most unforgettable moments— like the time Renee Zellweger won best actress for a comedy/musical in 2001 but was busy taking a bathroom break when her name was announced.

Watch the video above for some of the best moments from previous Golden Globes ceremonies. The 2017 Globes will begin at 8 p.m. Sunday, and will be aired live on NBC. EOnline will be live-streaming its red carpet coverage starting at 4 p.m. Sunday.
