Stache Dash 5k Atlanta

Hundreds of runners, many in somewhat strange costumes and plenty wearing mustaches, braved the rain and participated in the Stache Dash 5k through the streets of Buckhead.

The streets of Buckhead were packed over the weekend..

with mustache wearing guys and gals...

and an assortment of other odd attire...

for the Stache Dash 5k.

The Stache Dash was Nacho Average 5k...get it?

The Stache Dash 5k was a benefit for the One Love Generation, a tax-exempt, non-profit organization that empowers youth to inspire positive local change through art, service and awareness.

Hundreds of people braved the bad weather with their stache and sombrero in tow, ready for the big race.

Organizers noted it might not be YOUR best RUN, but it will be THE best RUN! Costumes are encouraged. Dance offs will happen. Prizes will be given. Giddy up!

Racers were quite the spectacle jogging down Peachtree Street.
