Aug 17, 2016The infamous Playboy Mansion has been sold, The Associated Press reported Tuesday.
According to the AP, Hugh Hefner sold the 5-acre Los Angeles estate, which has hosted countless racy parties since the Playboy founder purchased it for $1.05 million in 1971, to his next-door neighbor, Daren Metropoulos, for $100 million.
But Hefner, 90, isn't going anywhere; the contract specifies that he can live there until he dies.
The iconic 1920s home, originally listed for $200 million, boasts 29 rooms and includes a pool, guest house, wine cellar, gym, tennis court, theater, grotto and zoo, TopTenRealEstateDeals.com reports.
