Frank Ocean released a 45-minute long visual album at midnight Friday as fans anxiously await the release of his sophomore album, "Boys Don't Cry."

"Endless" is available for streaming exclusively on Apple Music, and includes 18 songs, The New York Times reported. In the video, Ocean builds a spiral staircase in the middle of what appears to be a warehouse.

The album was apparently first released on the artist's website, boysdontcry.co, on a black-and-white live-stream that appeared two weeks ago, according to Rolling Stone. When it first appeared, fans were expecting the release of "Boys Don't Cry" after reports surfaced that the album would be out on Aug. 5.

Instead, the stream appeared, sometimes showing Ocean working on construction projects as tracks played, sometimes showing only the warehouse.

A representative from Apple Music told Pitchfork to "keep an eye out this weekend for more from Frank." Rolling Stone reported Ocean's "Boys Don't Cry" will be released then.

The release will mark the second album from Ocean since 2012's "Channel Orange," which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 to widespread critical acclaim.
