There's a land rush underway in what was the most forgotten part of downtown Atlanta.

Three big projects -- each powered by investors from outside Georgia -- could change the make up of south downtown Atlanta.

The efforts include a developer purchasing lots of buildings south of the Five Points MARTA station, another group that bought Underground Atlanta and a new push by people connected to the Atlanta Hawks lead owner.
