Primerica, a financial services company, opened its now Duluth headquarters Friday, a three-story building on Primerica Parkway.

The 365,000-square-foot building with connecting wings will house 1,600 employees and it has the capacity to house 200 additional workers. The building has 58 conference rooms; a theater and adjoining TV studio; a 248-seat café.

Primerica has had its headquarters in Gwinnett County since 1985 and is the county’s fourth-largest private employer.
