Brookfield, on Willow Run Road, is an 18-hole private club. The property is one of six ClubCorp is acquiring in a $44 million deal with Stratford Golf Partners and Accord Golf Capital.

CLubCorp said it plans to renovate the clubs and add amenities. The other properties are in North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Florida.
