Atlanta Beltline President Paul Morris writes today about ongoing plans to expand the Atlanta Streetcar to the popular Beltline trails. In our second column, a fliers’ rights advocate says the airline industry needs more regulation, particularly in the international arena, now that consolidation has made major carriers so profitable. Finally, my column about panhandling on MARTA recounts a recent experience that took place at the airport station.
