The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to issue its decision soon on a case that will determine if a key part of the Affordable Care Act is struck down. If it is, consumers in states that rely on the federal government to run their insurance marketplaces could face soaring rates and the likely collapse of Obamacare. Today, one writer argues that such a decision will help Georgia’s economy, small businesses and consumers. But a consumer organization writes that Congress will be compelled to step in and protect the millions of folks losing their subsidies and healthcare insurance.
