Last month, President Barack Obama and the Environmental Protection Agency introduced the Clean Power Plan, an initiative to reduce carbon pollution from power plants. It was a clear sign, the administration said, that it was taking the lead to fight global climate change. Today, we hear views from two Georgians representing opposing sides in the debate. In our third column, a north Georgia legislator writes about the mission of the new House study committee on drones.
