Last month, President Barack Obama and the Environmental Protection Agency introduced the Clean Power Plan, an initiative to reduce carbon pollution from power plants. It was a clear sign, the administration said, that it was taking the lead to fight global climate change. Today, we hear views from two Georgians representing opposing sides in the debate.
