We continue last week’s discussion regarding the diplomatic thaw between the U.S. and Cuba with two guest writers. An Atlanta city councilman who recently toured the country with a group of Atlanta business and community leaders envisions a “window of opportunity” between our region and the island. In the other column, a professor suggests future measures and cites unease towards improved diplomacy.
