The Fox Theatre has become one of Atlanta's most important and recognizable landmarks, but it almost didn't make it past the 1970s. 2015 marks the 40th anniversary of the "Save the Fox" campaign that renovated and revitalized the theater that opened in 1929. To celebrate, the theater is offering behind-the-scenes tour and a free block party on June 7.
