Gray velvet accent chairs from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams and a round glass-top coffee table with a metal base are among the condo's modern interiors. The balcony, which has room for a small container garden, is one of two in the high-rise unit at The Atlantic in Midtown.

The living area is now all one open space, compared to what previously was a third bedroom before the homeowners made it their music nook. The walls are painted gray, which continues into the dining area and kitchen.

A sofa with a chaise lounge from Room & Board and coffee table with a Carrara marble top from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams outfit the condo's entertainment room. The dark teal walls join other deep, rich tones in their Atlantic condo.

The guest bedroom was converted into an entertainment room for TV watching with a custom wall unit by California Closets. There, the homeowners can watch both Netflix and action in the city from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Music and a view are offered in this space carved out of what was the third bedroom. A crystal chandelier from Lighting Loft hangs over the Yamaha baby grand piano.

The homeowners removed a third bedroom to fully embrace the city scene from the living area in their modern condo in Midtown's Atlantic Station.

The condo' modern design is seen with the Carrara marble countertops from Miami Circle Marble & Fabrication, cabinets repainted gray and tile backsplash in the renovated kitchen. The homeowners also expanded the island, which opens up to the dining area with a crystal chandelier and modern furniture.

Modern open shelving and a dresser from Room & Board' Copenhagen collection anchor a wall in the blue-hued master bedroom. Like other rooms in their Atlantic condo, the bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows.

A sofa in slate gray from Room & Board and accent chairs from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams are among the modern furniture in the condo, which also has a gallery of photos from the homeowners' visit to Spain.

Out from the master bedroom, a balcony provides another view of the evolving Atlanta skyline. Walls painted blue envelop the space.

Larry Henderlight and Julio Gomez, with their long-haired dachshunds, Paco and Perlita, purchased their Atlantic condo in 2015. Henderlight is a pharmacist, and Gomez is an engineer.
