Walt Geer and Sarah Blackman’s Alpharetta brownstone has lovely touches of Christmas cheer throughout. The couple worked with interior designer Christopher Taillard to create the interior style of their new home.

When Sarah Blackman and Walt Geer bought their brownstone townhome in 2017, they were the first to buy in their community. The location, at the heart of alpharetta and walkable to nearly everything they needed, was the major draw. Their home is 3,400 square feet with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
