If you’re discouraged from preparing tofu at home because of the work that’s required — draining, pressing, marinating — then Nasoya’s new Organic Chipotle TofuBaked is worth a try. It’s baked and ready to eat from the package, but I sliced it into strips and tossed it on the grill for tacos. Its smoky, lightly spicy flavor isn’t overpowering and would be a nice protein addition to a salad, mac and cheese, rice dishes or in a wrap. Of course, it’s also perfectly delicious on its own.
