Between Edgewood and Reynoldstown, a crop of five townhomes are now on the market. Listed in the $400Ks, The Row on Wylie is being marketed as homes that “make everyday life more convenient.”

Located at the corner of Wylie Street and Moreland Avenue, the new builds offer easy access to places like Krog Street Market and the ever-changing Memorial Drive corridor.

From Foyer Urban builders, which also developed the Views at O4W, the Edgewood townhomes come in two floor plans.

Both are about 1,700 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

They are outfitted with finishes like rooftop sky terraces, hardwood floors, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The development also has shared green space.

“At The Row on Wylie, you'll find spacious homes close to everything, the perfect canvas to reflect your own personal style,” marketing materials for the properties promote.

The properties have a walking score of 78 with nearby access to the Eastside Beltline trail.

Donald Trump's administration deployed the military to Washington, D.C., in the name of fighting crime, and in an Aug. 11 news conference he mentioned the possibility of military being sent to other large American cities, all of which are led by Black, Democratic mayors. And while Atlanta wasn't included in Trump's list, the city fits that profile under Mayor Andre Dickens. (Photo Illustration: Philip Robibero / AJC | Source: Getty)
