Just a year after purchasing a palatial estate in Beverly Hills, Drake is putting the L.A. mansion on the market for a whopping $88 million, TMZ reported. Construction of the 24,260-square-foot mansion took several years, beginning in the late 1990s. Designed by KAA Design Group for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano, according to Dirt.com, the Tuscan-style home features 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms.

Pop star Robbie Williams bought the home back in 2015 for $33 million before selling the estate to Drake in 2022 for $75 million. As seen on The Beverly Hills Estates, the Mediterranean-inspired mansion features some of the most lavish offerings in the area.

“Nestled behind a long private gated drive, this exquisite celebrity compound sits on nearly three-level acres boasting unrivaled privacy and security, just moments from the Beverly Hills Hotel.,” the estate’s online listing said. “Designed by the renowned KAA Associates, this sprawling property spans approx. 25,000 square feet of living space, perfectly suited for grand scale entertaining and showcasing world-class art collections. Stunning canyon, city, and ocean views serve as a breathtaking backdrop to all main rooms, each of which is thoughtfully oriented towards approximately 20 acres of lush gardens and grounds.”

“The main house features 7 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen with breakfast room, library, and 2 family rooms — 1 of which doubles as a professional screening room.
