Recent data show metro Atlanta’s median home sell price has remained $345,000 as of August. So how much house can you get at that price? It depends on where you look.

“We still have a massive housing shortage everywhere,” John Hunt, principal of housing market tracker MarketNsight told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Michael E. Kanell.
