Formed in Athens in the mid-1980s, Widespread Panic has become one of the biggest touring jam bands of the past few decades. They've sold out Philips Arena 17 times and Georgia's House of Representatives and Senate passed resolutions to honor the band on its 25th anniversary in February 2011.
