Fans looking forward to seeing Leonardo DiCaprio track down an escaped prisoner on 'Shutter Island' this October will have to wait a little longer than expected.

The release date for Leo and director Martin Scorsese's big-screen thriller has been changed to February 19, 2010, says The Hollywood Reporter.

"Our 2009 slate was greenlit in a very different economic climate and as a result we must remain flexible and willing to recalibrate and adapt to a changing environment," says Paramount Pictures Chairman and CEO Brad Grey.
