During FOX's two-hour glimpse into her apparently chaotic home life, Suleman was shown a magazine photo of Kate Gosselin walking the beach in a bikini. "Oh, it's so staged," she commented, adding, "Five years ago she had children … that's simple to get back [in shape] like that."
"Honestly, I'm not as attention seeking," Suleman continued. "It's just my opinion but I think some people are very desperate for attention."
