Three-time Emmy winner Edie Falco segued from drama to dark comedy for her new Showtime series, "Nurse Jackie," which will wrap tonight with a surprising climax -- and ET has your sneak peek!

In this clip from the finale, the cocky but insecure Dr. Fitch Cooper (Peter Facinelli), who is sexually inappropriate as a result of Tourettes, catches up with Jackie (Falco) and tries to get her to admit she is attracted to him. But wily as she is, she plays him like a fiddle, saying, "I broke my own finger so I could have time alone with you because we have chemistry," but meaning the exact opposite. Then she plants one on him.

Also, tonight, Jackie's dysfunctional double life may collide when her husband Kevin (Dominic Fumusa) and her workplace lover Eddie (Paul Schulze) wind up in the same place at the same time. Will all be revealed? Will her secrets come out? It's enough to drive Jackie to a pill bottle, but with Eddie fired from the hospital pharmacy, and a new "Pillmatic" machine dispensing meds, Jackie is in big trouble.
