In one of the first reports of Janet Jackson since the death of her iconic brother, Michael Jackson, it's revealed that she is teaming up with amfAR (The Foundation for AIDS Research) for an inaugural benefit held in conjunction with Milan Fashion Week.

Janet, Grammy award winner and an activist in the fight against HIV/AIDS, will chair an event for the foundation that will feature dancing, cocktails, dinner, a live auction and a burlesque performance by Dita Von Teese.

AmfaR's inaugural benefit for AIDS research will take place on September 28 during Milan Fashion Week.
