What a $1 million home looks like in your Atlanta neighborhood

What does $1 million mean when you're looking to buy an Atlanta home? That's more than three times the national average list price of $289,000, so you should get a bit - or a lot - of luxury at that price point shopping anywhere in Atlanta. Of course, some neighborhoods heap on more amenities at the $1 million listing price (plus or minus $27,000) than others. Here's a sampling of what $1 million buys you in different metro counties:
