Stevie J ended the fourth season of "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" out of rehab, sober and off to Los Angeles to produce records and work on other projects with his girl pal Joseline Hernandez in tow.

But he apparently couldn't avoid the lure of drugs. TMZ reports that he failed a drug test related to his child custody case. But the judge allowed him to stay out of jail by allowing him to do outpatient drug treatment. The story did not say  what type of drugs he may have been partaking in.

If he fails another drug test, he may be going to jail again. (He was thrown in prison earlier this year over not paying more than $1 million in child support.)

Season 5 of "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" will return next year.
